LACROIX at the International Defence Industry Fair (IDEF).

This new exhibition will be held on May 9-12 at the Tuyap Fair and Congress Center in Buyukcekmece / Istanbul.

The International Defence Industry Fair has been held biennially since 1993, and is supported by the Turkish Armed Forces Foundation (TAFF) . For this 13th edition, nearly 60 000 visitors are expected once again.
Almost 800 exhibitors & companies  will be spread over several exhibition halls, including 61 National Pavilions.  IDEF is the biggest defence industry fair in the Eurasian region and one of the top five in the world with an increasing trend in terms of the number of participating countries (156), delegations (353) and international companies.

The Naval Platforms (from Turkish Navy and Coast Guard)  will be exhibited at IDEF'17 in Buyukcekmece Bay.

The event is held under the auspices of the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey and hosted by the Ministry of National Defence.

SYLENA

Regarding the naval market in the Eurasian region, we will be presenting our cutting-edge, compact SYLENA MK2 decoy launching system, which ensures superior platform protection. This DLS (Decoy Launching System) is proposed for the Milgem Class Program (Air Defence Frigate TF-2000).
Over the last 10 years, our Research & Development team has developed 3 new Decoy Launching Systems [#DLS] to meet world Navies' requirements.
We will be at your disposal to discuss other naval solutions (SYLENA LW, MK 1, MK2 decoy launcher, EM/IR/Anti-torpedo ammunition, etc.) and to provide information regarding our range of capabilities to protect all kinds of vessels (Tuzla Class Patrol Boat, OPV, Turkish Cost Guards patrol vessels, etc.)

Galix AOS

At IDEF 2017, LACROIX will be specially showcasing the GALIX AOS (Automated Obscuration System) along with a NEW demo model:  from detection to reaction, using green NT8 munitions, to protect all types of land platforms (MBT, AMV, APC, LAV, etc.).
Regarding the Turkish Projects for the modernization of Defence systems and equipment, and further to the success it has met with in the Middle Eastern market, LACROIX is offering the Galix AOS to meet the requirements of the Altay MBT program, as well as for Turkish Manufacturers  of APCs & 6x6 and 8x8 land platform projects.
