Lacroix's full range of MTV / Spectral / Kinematic chaff & flares enables Air / Land / Navy Force aircrews to perform low altitude operations. The effectiveness of these flares has been demonstrated on a wide range of rotary wings (EC725-Caracal, Tigre, Puma, Super Puma, Cougar, CH47 Chinook, NH90, MI-8, MI-17, AH64 - Apache, A109, B412, Sea King, EH101) and tested in some of the most demanding technical trials (EMBOW, MAMBOW).
They are currently in operational use in many forces, engaged in operational missions or conflicts throughout the world.

MTV flares: Designed to counter 1st generation MANPADS decoyed by high intensity IR output.
- Spectral flares: Designed to prevent the activation of IR missiles equipped with counter-countermeasures.
- Kinematic flares: Designed to have a high IR output and an optimized trajectory, ensuring a high level of protection by preventing the activation of the missile's IR counter-countermeasures (separation rate IRCCM).

1''x1'' : LIR 112 series : Advanced kinematic flare for helicopter protection against IR missiles. Separation rate designed to prevent the activation of the missile's IR counter-countermeasures. High reliability and safety. Customized IR output and trajectory ensuring a high level of protection.
Chaff
1''x1'': LEM 170 chaff cartridge for any platform protection against RF threats. Customizable chaff cuts to optimize the generated RCS (2 to 40 GHz). Improved blooming to ensure a high level of protection.
